Mnu: is a culinary cross-border and pioneering Think-Do Tank.  It involves a partnership between three-star chefs: Peter Goossens, Sergio Herman and creator of 'the best dessert in the world', also 'chef of the year' Roger van Damme.

Culinary cross-fertilisation
These chefs bring together their ideas and experience in the specially designed Mnu:Kitchen. This gives them the opportunity to experiment in a context where there is nothing to hinder them and that promotes cross-fertilisation.  Concepts come to life in this environment that would otherwise remain within the confines of the mind.
